During
the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trustee's
physical location is closed, but the
office continues to run remotely
during our regular business hours
(8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). If
possible, please contact us via
email for the time being, either
through the main office address
listed at the bottom of this page or
to the individual staff member's
address if you are trying to reach a
particular person. Phone messages
will be retrieved by office staff,
but it may take longer to get a
response.
Plan
Payments
Plan
payments should continue to be made
as usual if debtors are able to make
them. Debtors who are unemployed or
experiencing other financial
difficulties during this period
should contact their attorneys. Plan
payments may be suspended for a
limited period of time, or
modifications may be made to the
plan.
Section
341 Meetings of Creditors
Meetings
of Creditors will be conducted by
telephone until further notice.
Debtors should contact their
attorneys who will go over the
procedures with them. The procedures
are outlined on the form below,
including the dial-in number and
participation code:

One of
the following forms must also be
submitted to the Trustee either
prior to or immediately following
the Meeting of Creditors (please see
paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Notice of
Telephonic Section 341 Meeting of
Creditors above).

Regarding Administration of Oath
and Confirmation of Identity and
Social Security Number (to be
used if debtor appears before a
licensed notary public or person
authorized to administer oath prior
to the Meeting of Creditors; must be
submitted to the Trustee immediately
following the Meeting)

Declaration Regarding Confirmation
of Debtor Identity and Social
Security Number (to be used if
debtor meets with counsel prior to
Meeting of Creditors; must be
submitted to Trustee no later than
one day prior to the Meeting)
