The Northern District of New
York has a default procedure with regard to motions and
confirmation hearings. See Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-4
for default motion practice. Confirmation hearings will
only be held if objections to confirmation are timely filed.

bench that he was adopting the "significant and material" test
of "personal use" set forth in In re Solis, 356 B.R.
398 (Bankr. S.D. Tex. 2006).
